An innovative<\/span><span data-scheme-color=\"@FF0000,,\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0proportionate<\/span><span data-scheme-color=\"@FF0000,,\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0universalism model was created for the\u00a0<\/span><span data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">restart<\/span><span data-scheme-color=\"@FF0000,,\" data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-usefontface=\"true\" data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0with the aim of reducing health inequalities over time. The new model targets Health Checks in higher deprivation quintiles for patients who are at risk of cardiovascular disease.
